Project Sustain 3D. “Towards a sustainable construction: additive manufacturing for the preparation of anodes used in cathodic protection” (Cod. TED2021-130605B-I00.)
Fri, 14 Apr, 2023

Researchers from the ENCOMAT and e-Materiais Groups have obtained a grant from the Ministry of Science and Innovation corresponding to the 2021 call, for projects aimed at the ecological transition and the digital transition, of the Government Plan Scientifical, Technical and Innovation Research 2021-2023, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan.
The project proposes using conductive cement mixtures manufactured by 3D printing as anodes for the cathodic protection of reinforced concrete structures.
